This role is on a hybrid schedule, in office at least a few days a week in our Charlotte, NC or Detroit, MI office. Responsibilities
Lead Ally’s executive compensation programs and equity administration. Ensure all plans and programs align with business strategy, market practice and internal/external governance requirements. Manage relationship with our equity administrator and governance and administration of Ally’s shareholder-approved equity plans. Manage reporting and administrative aspects of Ally's equity-based compensation programs. Provide support and guidance to participants, leadership, and HR Business Partners on matters impacting executive compensation. Report to the Senior Director and require minimal supervision or direction.
