Maintain organized bin/shelf/barcode systems and inventory accuracy
Oversee receiving, restock, cycle counts, and supplier returns
Coordinate with techs and office for job-kitting and can supply
Train and supervise team members (as needed)
Implement and sustain safety/compliance standards
Use ServiceTitan and warehouse apps for digital tracking
Qualifications:
2+ years warehouse or supply chain experience (Plumbing/HVAC
Strong organization, detail, and leadership skills
Familiarity with warehouse management/barcode software
Ability to lift 40 Ibs, operate warehouse equipment
Reliable, proactive attitude
