We are currently seeking a *bilingual Social Worker (MSW)* to join our dynamic team. This is a meaningful opportunity to work directly with families in need, helping them build stability and long-term resilience.
*Social Worker Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage a caseload of families and deliver a mix of in-home, community-based, and virtual support * Offer strengths-based counseling, advocacy, parent coaching, and service referrals tailored to each family’s needs * Conduct regular assessments of safety and overall family functioning, implementing intervention strategies as needed * Prepare documentation and collaborate with city agencies, legal partners, and court systems to support family outcomes * Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development * Maintain accurate records in compliance with city and state reporting systems * Help families navigate public systems and overcome barriers to services
*Social Worker Qualifications:*
* *Master’s Degree* in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy – Required * *Bilingual in Spanish and English* – Required * Experience working with children, teens, parents, or families in a social service setting * Strong communication, organizational, and crisis-intervention skills
