Summary:

As Wastewater Lead at Pentagon, you will be responsible for the mixing of chemicals, chemical analysis of tank compositions, and treating chemical waste from our facilities.

What You'll Do: Operate and Monitor wastewater treatment systems including pumps, valves, blowers and chemical feed systems Utilize SCADA systems for process control and data analysis Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment Collect and analyze water samples to ensure regulatory compliance Maintain accurate logs, reports and documentation Lead and mentor junior technicians; may serve as shift lead Respond to emergency callouts and participate in on-call rotation Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and local environmental regulations Qualifications

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; technical course work preferred Minimum 3-5 years of experience in wastewater operations Valid Wastewater Operator Grade III certification (or equivalent) Valid driver's license with clean driving record; CDL preferred Proficient with SCADA, GID and Microsoft Office Suie Strong understanding of confide space entry, trench safety and hazardous materials handling Excellent communication, troubleshooting and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications

OSHA 30 certification Experience with dewatering systems and vacuum trucks Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
