Join the dedicated team at Home Instead as an Overnight Caregiver, where you will make a profound difference in the lives of aging adults. You will support seniors in maintaining their safety, comfort, and independence in the welcoming environment of their own homes.

No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing professional development. We are currently seeking individuals with availability for overnight shifts.

• Deliver personalized one-on-one care for clients during overnight hours.
• Ensure clients' safety and comfort throughout the night.
• Assist with personal hygiene, mobility support, and transfers as needed.
• Provide companionship and reassurance during nighttime routines.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, laundry, and meal/snack preparation when required.
• Support clients with dementia or memory loss through tailored care plans.
• Document all tasks and observations in accordance with company policy.
• Communicate effectively with the scheduling and client care teams.
• Uphold Home Instead’s mission and values in every interaction.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Capability to lift and transfer clients and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Demonstrated commitment to reliability and consistent attendance, especially overnight.

• Experience in working with older adults or in caregiving roles (formal or informal).
• Familiarity with personal care and dementia-related support.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Competitive pay of $16.00-$18.00 per hour.
