The PSR I draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures. The PSR I has direct contact with patients and creates a great first impression. The PSR I interacts with patients ensuring they have a positive experience at the clinic that builds loyalty and retention. The PSR I ensures that patients are processing through the system in an efficient and professional manner. The PSR I handles patient accounts, communicates with insurance companies, and performs all aspects of patient registration. The PSR I ensures that prior authorizations are obtained and communicates with the physician office when up-front approvals are required.
