Status: Full-Time Reports to: Vice President of OperationsAbout the Opportunity The Aesthetic Syndicate is building the most trusted aesthetics organization in the U.S., where clinical excellence, luxury service, and operational precision come together to create a best-in-class patient and provider experience.We're looking for an Associate Director of Sales & Operations to lead growth and operational performance across a region of high-performing practices. This role is critical to scaling our footprint, supporting our providers, and reinforcing the systems that make our patient and provider experience exceptional.This is a role for a builder. You'll be responsible for translating executive strategy into operational execution while developing Practice Managers and local teams to meet ambitious goals.
