Rooted in our mission to promote independence and resilience, we provide comprehensive services in homes, schools, and our two clinic locations across East Baltimore County and Harford County.What You’ll Do:Clinical Service DeliveryProvide individual, group, and family therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning in compliance with agency, COMAR, and CARF standardsBuild positive, trusting relationships with clients and develop tailored treatment strategiesAssess client needs on an ongoing basis and adjust treatment approaches as neededEducate and involve family members in care when appropriateParticipate in clinical supervision with a Board-Approved SupervisorCollaborate with internal team members and external partners to support client needsMaintain strict confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactionsClient Support & DocumentationEngage and ensure the safety of clients during all servicesTrack and analyze client data and progress with your supervisorAccurately document services in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systemProperly report and document all critical incidents and safety concernsAdministrative & ComplianceMaintain required licensure and insuranceRecord time and attendance in our HR systemComplete mandatory training within required timelinesParticipate in team meetings, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional developmentWhy Join BSF?Supportive and collaborative clinical environmentOpportunities for professional growth and clinical supervisionFlexible schedules (Telehealth, In-Office, and School-Based Options)Competitive compensation and benefits for full-time and eligible part-time staffMileage reimbursement and paid training Requirements: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE AND NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Qualifications:Licensed or license-eligible in Maryland (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, or equivalent) Strong clinical assessment and differential diagnosis skills (for Therapist II level) Experience providing therapy to children, youth, and families Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Comfortable using technology including EMR and HRIS systems Compensation details: 60-75 Hourly WagePIe4e31a7521ef-35196-37811535
