The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for supervising delivery drivers and the evaluation of distribution activities.

Shift and Schedule

• 1st shift
• Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays
• Start at 6am

Position Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of delivery drivers.
• Coordinate and evaluate all distribution activities for assigned drivers/routes.
• Ensure accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Plan and schedule company transport to maximize revenue and minimize downtime and overtime.
• Monitor driver performance and take disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure vehicles are well maintained and safety issues are addressed promptly.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet daily sales needs.

Total Rewards:

• $52,500 - $79,200 / year
• Compensation varies based on experience and skills

• Annual bonus based on performance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1 year of management/supervisory experience
• 3 years of delivery/distribution experience
