We are seeking an experienced Property Damage Attorney, preferably plaintiff side, licensed in Texas to join our expanding team.This is a full-time remote role, but the candidate must be based in Texas—ideally in the Dallas or Houston areas.Our firm is experiencing significant growth, and we are searching for an attorney who is dedicated to delivering outstanding representation to clients. The right person will collaborate effectively with partners and staff, bring strong writing and research skills to the table, and demonstrate comfort with modern legal technology. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy advocating for clients, we’d love to hear from you.Compensation:$105,000 - $135,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Counsel clients on available options and develop case strategies designed for successful resolutionSpot potential conflicts and outline solutions tailored to client needsConduct legal research; draft briefs, motions, and pleadingsAppear in court to argue motions and advocate for clients in hearings, trials, and mediationsOversee and support paralegals, clerks, and administrative staff involved in casesHandle a docket of first-party property insurance cases from start to finish—perform case evaluations, craft litigation plans, and manage all phases of discoveryMaintain proactive client communication by providing updates, gathering case details, and advising on strategyPrepare settlement proposals and engage in negotiations with opposing counsel, insurers, and other partiesDeliver thorough case assessments and present legal recommendations internally and to clientsQualifications:MUST live in Texas.
