We're looking for an experienced

Technical Product Manager

to support our customer and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a game-changing organization where we put our customers and people first.

About the role:

As a

Technical Product Manager at Raft, you will be an agile onboarding SME that understands how to manage non-waterfall projects.

Oversee the operations of individual projects within programs

Coordinate time, budget, and resources to complete work within program guidelines

Report to the program manager on progress and any changes made to the initial project plan

Focus on execution and managing functional elements of the projects to include meeting deadlines, delegating tasks, and completing deliverables

What we are looking for:

5-7 years of relevant hands-on experience

Understanding of Platform One value stream service offerings

Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex tasks

Tasks may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks

Operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.

Contributes to deliverables and perform metrics where applicable

Creating and maintaining documentation for implementations

Demonstrated knowledge in the following:Agile, Scrum,DevSecOps tools,DoD Cyber Security andCloud

Highly preferred:

Direct experience working with DoD clients

Proven track record managing favorable profit and loss

Agile certification(s)

Experience working in a software factory environment

Clearance Requirements:

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

Work Type:

Remote (Local to San Antonio, TX highly preferred)

May require up to 10% travel

Salary Range :

$110,000 - $180,000

The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities
