Make an Impact Where It Matters:

We are hiring a Product Owner to lead the execution of Order Management / Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions. Youll bridge business and tech, owning the backlog, refining user stories, and ensuring value delivery across order entry, fulfillment, invoicing, and cash collection.

What Youll Do:

• Align with the Product Manager on vision and actionable plans.
• Own, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Ensure smooth rollouts through UAT, training, and change support.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within Order Management, Order-to-Cash, or ERP environments.
• Strong understanding of O2C processes, including order entry, fulfillment, invoicing, and cash application.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing product backlogs.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with ERP (SAP), CRM, or order management systems; experience with process automation is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
