Key Responsibilities:
Lead HR operations, payroll systems, and compliance with state and federal laws Manage recruitment, hiring, and retention strategies across departments Develop and implement training, performance management, and compensation programs Support managers with coaching, employee relations, and disciplinary actions Oversee benefits administration, workplace safety, and risk management initiatives #RemedyHIDirectHire
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (PHR/SPHR certification preferred) Strong knowledge of Hawaii payroll and employment laws Proficiency in Microsoft applications and HR/payroll systems Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to pass background check and meet security requirements
