Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and optimize Power BI dashboards and Excel-based tools to support leadership decisions.
- Centralize and link data sources to improve accuracy and accessibility across departments.
- Create tables and reports that are quick, intuitive, and accessible for team members.
- Partner with analysts and leadership to understand reporting needs and provide actionable insights.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements through data-driven solutions.
- Support financial and operational reporting, ensuring leaders have the right tools without relying on external vendors.
- Collaborate on projects across departments, pitching in where needed to support the broader team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or reporting development.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI and Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
- Experience with SQL or other data query tools preferred.
- Finance knowledge and familiarity with operational data strongly preferred.
- Ability to design user-friendly dashboards and reports that drive real decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, down-to-earth personality.
- Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to jump into cross-team projects.
