Data Analyst

This role requires a sharp, independent Senior Data Analyst to drive process improvements and strategic decisions by translating complex clinical and consumer experience data into clear, actionable insights. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and Analyze Data: Independently extract, analyze, and interpret large, complex datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create and maintain insightful BI dashboards (ideally using Power BI) and develop clear, compelling slides for executive-level presentations.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Skillfully create ad-hoc reports and respond to high-priority requests from experience workstreams.
- Insight Generation: Proactively formulate business-driven questions and translate data findings into concrete, actionable recommendations for process improvements.
- Stakeholder Support: Comfortably work with clinical and consumer experience data to support various departmental initiatives with minimal direction.
- Experience Level: 5-7 years of professional experience as a Senior Data Analyst.
- SQL & Data: Strong proficiency in SQL (experience with Snowflake is required) and data engineering fundamentals.
- Domain Knowledge: Background in healthcare and consumer/experience (CX) analytics is strongly preferred.
- CX Tools: Direct experience working with CX tools such as Press Ganey, Qualtrics, or Medallia.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to clearly convey complex analytical results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Mindset: Metric-driven mindset with a strong analytical foundation and the ability to contribute beyond assigned projects.
- Required: SQL, Snowflake, Data Engineering fundamentals.
- A Plus: Power BI, ADF (Azure Data Factory) for pipeline migration.
- Nice to Have: Alteryx, Medallia/Press Ganey platform experience.
