Travel Mammography Technologist

to join our partner, a respected

Critical Access Hospital near Pecos, TX . This is an excellent opportunity for an imaging professional seeking a supportive rural hospital environment while enjoying strong pay and a steady daytime schedule. You’ll play a key role in providing high-quality breast imaging and diagnostic services to patients in the community. This role is ideal for an experienced Mammography Tech who thrives in a team-based setting and is looking for a rewarding contract experience in West Texas. Position Details

Contract Length:

13 weeks

Schedule:

Day shift | 5x8s or 4x10s | 40 hours weekly guaranteed

Setting:

Critical Access Hospital

Compensation:

$2,650/week

Responsibilities

Perform mammographic imaging procedures with a focus on patient safety, accuracy, and comfort

Prepare patients for exams and explain procedures clearly

Operate and maintain imaging equipment in compliance with hospital protocols

Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to ensure accurate diagnosis

Maintain patient records and follow all HIPAA regulations

Education & Certification Requirements

ARRT certification in Mammography (M) required

Current Texas state license (or eligibility)

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Minimum 1 year of recent Mammography Tech experience preferred
