Position Summary
The Kettle Driver is responsible for picking up and dropping off kettles. The Kettle Driver/Helper is also responsible to make sure he/she completes pick ups, stays on routes and helps in other areas during the Kettle season. This is a temporary position.
Essential Functions
Picking up/dropping off kettles at different sites.
Follow pick up routes and instructions.
Ensure kettles are dropped off at Tustin Ranch Corps safely and are secured in its designated location.
Assist with Kettle campaign as needed - back up bell ringer, counting kettles, picking up kettle stands, etc.
Assist in other related areas as needed
Working Conditions
Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis.
Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead.
Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Minimum Qualifications
Over 21 years old
Can follow instructions
Familiar with OC areas to navigate pick-up routes
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Driving Test and clean MVR check.
If working in vicinity of children a criminal background check is required with certification for Protect the Mission policies and procedures.

Honest and punctual
