Adecco is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Recruiter to join our team in Taylor, MI. This is a temp-to-colleague opportunity, offering a pathway to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. The pay range for this role is $20-25/hr, based on experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for a variety of roles, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements

  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals

  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer coordination and onboarding

  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings

  • Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership on recruitment metrics

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of recruiting or HR experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
