As a trusted partner in the hiring process, you'll help attract top talent and ensure candidates have a seamless and positive experience from first interaction to day one.

In this role, you will:
  • Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and support the recruiting process in assigned areas for full-time and student positions
  • Support managers in developing job postings that capture the attention of top talent
  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams to guide candidates through every stage of the hiring process, including job advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
  • Attend career fairs and community events to connect with potential candidates
  • Use applicant tracking systems and other HR tools to manage postings, applications, and candidate records
  • Create and edit reports related to hiring activities and processes
  • Assist with or lead specific recruiting programs and team processes
  • Work collaboratively with the team to support and improve recruiting programs, processes, and procedures
Qualifications
Physical Requirements:

Sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve bending, stooping, reaching, walking, or standing for brief periods of time.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while delivering excellent customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driver's license
