Human Resources Representative will be the primary contact and support for employees regarding HR policies and procedures and handle questions related to compensation and benefits administration.

- Manages onboarding/offboarding process
- Employment and compliance, regulatory concerns and reporting
- Employee orientation, development, and training
- Assists in Policy development and documentation
- Company employee communication
- Assists the HR Manager in employee safety, welfare, wellness and health programs
- Assists the HR Manager manage LOA processes , documentation and communication
- Assisting the Human Resources Manager with implementation of policies
- Filing, appointments and recruiting schedule
- Assisting the Human Resources Manager with the development of a superior workforce
- Assisting with the development of an employee-oriented Company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Competence in various Human Resources functional areas; recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and organizational development
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to Human Resources
- Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional manner
- Demonstrates an elevated level of judgment and discretion
- Self-starter, with a "let's get things done" attitude
- Must possess a high sense of urgency, initiative, and common sense
- Must act in a professional and courteous manner, and demonstrate an ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing and organizing workload to meet deadlines
- Strong ability to multi-task and work well in an environment subject to changing priorities and demands
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player with a positive attitude
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Associate/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline is required
- Paycom experience- Preferred
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification - Preferred
