POSITION SUMMARY Lead the layout, design, and production of professional proposals, presentations, and client materials, ensuring visual consistency, brand alignment, and polished presentation using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the design, layout, formatting, and production of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and other client deliverables. Ensure all materials meet BF&S brand standards and are visually consistent, professional, and polished. Incorporate graphics, charts, tables, and other visual elements for clarity and impact. Collaborate with proposal writers, project managers, and technical staff to integrate content into visually effective formats. Oversee reproduction, binding, and delivery of proposals in both digital and hardcopy formats. Maintain and update proposal templates, graphics libraries, and design resources. Supporting Writing & Content Responsibilities (Secondary Focus) Assist with minor content editing for grammar, formatting, and consistency. Ensure proposals and client materials meet submission requirements and deadlines. Support marketing collateral and presentations as needed. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred; relevant experience considered. Expertise in Adobe InDesign; strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator a plus. Demonstrated experience in document layout, design, and production, ideally for proposals, presentations, or marketing materials. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail under tight deadlines. Basic technical writing or editing skills preferred.
