Overnight Front Desk Associate

to join our team at our luxury association,

The Infinity , located in San Francisco. The Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact for people entering the building or calling the association. The role requires a professional appearance, polite communication, and the ability to address residents and guests. The Front Desk Associate should possess a working knowledge of the Associations rules, policies and procedures, and familiarity with the Associations amenities and surroundings to assist residents and their guests. Front Desk Associates will be cross-trained to perform a variety of responsibilities within the Front Desk role. Employees rotate across locations and functions as needed to support operations. Job Responsibilities Resident Services & Hospitality:

Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner; assist with services such as restaurant or taxi reservations, directions, and information about activities, events, and services; assist residents with opening doors when possible; attend pre-shift and mandatory team meetings as scheduled. Front Desk Operations:

Answer telephones and assist visitors; monitor and respond to resident emails using templates; address non-management issues and prioritize tasks at the desk; coordinate on-site personnel to address needs; use Building Link to contact residents about guests and deliveries; maintain an organized front desk, back office, and package room; log shift information and communicate with colleagues for smooth shift transitions; use Building Link and/or KeyTrack to track resident information, parcel logs, key logs, guest sign-in, and amenity reservations; coordinate deliveries and notify residents of parcels; monitor inventory of forms and supplies and restock as needed; check printer paper and restock in the Business Center. Amenity and Event Support:

Assist residents with room reservation requests for common-area rooms; check in amenity reservations and follow up; close out amenity reports and rooms at days end; coordinate Loading Dock reservations. Building & Facility Operations:

Operate Elevator Control System to direct guests and contractors; monitor Loading Dock reservations and ensure hallways are clear of obstructions; conduct end-of-shift inventory of fobs; audit vehicles in the parking garage; collect stray shopping carts and return them to appropriate areas; conduct perimeter walks and report suspicious or abnormal activities with detailed documentation as needed. Safety, Security & Compliance:

Observe building activity via surveillance; report disturbances; document and escalate nuisance or non-compliance issues; follow Emergency Procedures and coordinate communications during emergencies; adhere to Governing Documents, CC&Rs, Rules and Regulations, and all emergency and evacuation procedures.

Qualifications / Requirements

Must be over 18 and able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening High School Diploma or GED At least 6 months of customer service experience; hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience preferred Hospitality Management students or recent graduates are highly desired Polished, professional appearance and demeanor Upbeat, positive team player attitude Strong judgment and solutions-oriented approach Proactive customer service mindset

Compensation & Schedule
