Job Description:
We're looking for a dedicated Accounting Specialist to oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. You'll ensure timely payments, accurate reconciliations, and efficient invoicing processes-all while working collaboratively with internal and external teams.
Responsibilities:
? Manage AP/AR transactions and reconcile accounts
? Build payment schedules & forecast cash flow
? Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues
? Investigate billing discrepancies and unauthorized deductions
? File claims for unpaid invoices with credit insurers
? Prepare daily cash reports and assist with month-end close
? Recommend process improvements for efficiency
Requirements:
? Experience in AP/AR roles (SAP Business One)
? Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
? Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and time management
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Collaborative team player with confidentiality expertise
