Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our dynamic team in Indianapolis, IN.The SLPA will work under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide support in delivering speech and language services to students with communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of individual and group therapy sessions.
- Support the SLP in developing and maintaining treatment plans.
- Conduct screenings and collect data on student progress.
- Prepare materials and resources for therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to facilitate communication strategies in the classroom.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
- Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in Indiana.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
