Adecco has partnered with a leading Manufacturer to hire Production Operators in Portland, ME! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a hands-on career in a fast-paced production environment. These positions are temp-to-hire with the support to provide long-term career growth!

Schedules + Shift Offerings:
  • 1st Shift - Monday - Friday - 8-Hour Shifts - 7AM - 3:30PM
  • 1st Shift - Monday - Thursday - 10-Hour Shifts - 5AM - 3PM
  • 2nd Shift - Monday - Thursday - 10-Hour Shifts - 3:30PM - 2AM
  • 10-Hours Shifts also offer a Tuesday - Friday Schedule

Job Duties:
  • Operating and maintaining production equipment
  • Performing quality checks and making adjustments as needed
  • Keeping your work area safe, clean, and organized
  • Working collaboratively with others while staying productive independently

Requirements:
  • Motivation and attention to detail
  • Basic technical and computer skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, standing, bending)
  • Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
  • Comfort with basic math is a plus

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
