Your main responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain and update customer records and databases with relevant information.
• Assist in identifying and escalating issues that require more extensive resolution.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly tone.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
