Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment operations across multiple states and business units.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in warehouse, logistics, sales, and corporate functions.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Leverage Workday for requisition management, candidate tracking, workflow automation, analytics, and compliance reporting.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, etc.), and use data to drive process improvements.
- Ensure recruitment practices align with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, job boards, and staffing agencies as needed.
- Promote our employer brand through targeted recruitment campaigns, social media, job fairs, and industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in recruiting, with at least 4 years in a management or lead role.
- Proven experience using Workday in a talent acquisition capacity (requisitions, workflows, analytics, reporting) - highly desired.
- Strong understanding of multistate employment practices and compliance requirements.
- Experience recruiting for diverse roles including hourly, technical, and corporate positions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience in the food distribution or supply chain/logistics industry is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
