As a Manufacturing Operator you will:
The ideal candidate will have:
Day and Night shifts available. 12 hours.
Shift A: every Sun-Mon-Tues and alternating Wed 6am to 6pm
Shift B: every Thurs-Fri-Sat and alternating Wed 6am to 6pm
Shift C: every Sun-Mon-Tues and alternating Wed 6pm to 6am
Shift D: every Thurs-Fri-Sat and alternating Wed 6pm to 6am
Pay Rate: $23.00

As a Manufacturing Operator you will:
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Manufacture Silicone Carbide Wafers
- Set up, operate and monitor manufacturing machines and equipment.
- Ensure machines are running efficient by performing regular checks and adjustments.
- Load raw materials and unload finished products.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and repair any malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Inspect and measure parts or products using gauges, calipers, micrometers, or other measuring tools.
- Work in a controlled or cleanroom production setting.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing production, or machine operation environment.
- Basic Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Capable of lifting and handling up to 50lbs over short distances
- Must have knowledge and competency in computer-aided manufacturing
