Are you a hands-on HR professional ready to make an impact in the construction industry? We’re hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support a growing workforce of 100+ employees across multiple sites. This is a newly created role with a well-established construction company offering long-term stability and growth.

What You’ll Do:
-Lead full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades (laborers, drivers, dispatchers, mechanics, etc.)
-Manage onboarding, benefits, and workers’ comp
-Handle employee relations across job sites
-Ensure OSHA compliance and safety standards
-Maintain certifications, training records, and personnel files
-Support payroll coordination and HR reporting

What We’re Looking For:
-HR Generalist experience (construction or industrial preferred)
-Strong knowledge of HR laws, OSHA, and workforce compliance
-Experience supporting 100+ employees across multiple facilities
-Excellent communication and Excel skills
-PHR or SHRM certification is a plus

Perks & Benefits:
-Salary: $70–$80K (DOE)
-Health Insurance: Up to $350/month
-401(k): 4% match
-Vacation & Sick Leave: Accrued after 90 days
