Adecco US, Inc. is hiring: Forklift Operator in Hillsboro

Adecco is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to join our team in Hillsboro, OR. You’ll be responsible for safely operating powered industrial trucks to move, load, and unload materials, with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and warehouse organization.

Shifts:

Shift 4: (6:15pm- 6:30am) Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday

Shift 6: (6:15pm – 6:30am) Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday

Shift 7: (6:15am – 6:30pm) Thursday, Friday, Saturday every other Wednesday

Forklift Operator – Powered Industrial Truck Operator duties include, but are not limited to:

• Support receiving operations

• Safely operate powered industrial trucks and equipment (forklifts, order pickers, cherry pickers, reach trucks)

• Accurately scan and handle materials

• Load/unload trailers

• Maintain cleanliness and follow 7S safety standards

• Support receiving operations

• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ year of recent experience driving forklifts (order pickers, cherry pickers, reach trucks) in a warehouse environment

• Forklift / Powered Industrial Truck certified (or ability to be certified)

• Able to lift 50–75 lbs and work in physically demanding environments

• Flexible schedule availability (overtime may be required)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience with handheld scanners

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn and use inventory management software

• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

• Comfortable working at heights

• Ability to maintain consistent attendance in accordance with company policies

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
