Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic Sports Medicine

Location: Woodstock, GA | Full-Time

Join a high-performing outpatient orthopedic clinic in Atlanta with a dynamic focus on sports medicine and active lifestyle patients. We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our collaborative team of PTs and onsite physicians in delivering exceptional care to a diverse patient population.

About the Role:

Patient Population:

• 50% athletes of all levels – from youth to professional
• 20–30% worker’s compensation (varies monthly)
• 2–3% legal/attorney-involved cases
• General orthopedic and active lifestyle patients
• No hand or finger caseloads – our Certified Hand Specialists cover that

Daily Census:

• Manageable caseload of 11–12 patients per day
• Emphasis on quality care, individualized treatment, and functional outcomes

Supportive Team Structure:

• Onsite physicians for streamlined referrals and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Work closely with experienced PTs, ATCs, and support staff
• Access to modern equipment and sports rehab tools

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary with annual production bonuses of up to $10,000

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia
• Strong interest or background in orthopedics and sports medicine
• Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills
