Rehab RN Job Details

• Job Title: Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) – Locum Tenens
• Position Type: Locum Tenens (Travel Nursing Contract)
• Location: Winchester, NH 03470 (New Hampshire healthcare job)
• Facility: Local rehabilitation center
• Start Date: September 11, 2025
• End Date: January 26, 2026
• Contract Duration: 20 weeks
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1270-$1360
• Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts (12-hour days and 8-hour shifts)
• Shift Details:
• Week 1: Thursday 7a-3:30p, Monday & Tuesday 7a-7:30p
• Week 2: Saturday & Sunday 7a-7:30p, Monday 7a-3:30p
• Week 3: Thursday 3p-11:30p, Monday & Tuesday 7a-7:30p
• Week 4: Saturday & Sunday 7a-7:30p, Monday 7a-3:30p
• Breaks: 30-minute break per shift (clock in/out required)
  

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of New Hampshire (NH nursing license required)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; rehabilitation or related clinical setting preferred
• Experience in rehab nursing, travel nursing, or locum tenens roles a plus
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including weekends and evenings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
  
  

Rehab Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation healthcare setting
• Monitor patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Accurately document patient care and maintain medical records
• Support patients and families throughout the rehabilitation and recovery process
• Promote a safe, therapeutic, and patient-centered environment
