Responsibilities
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in MD.
- Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in healthcare setting
- No previous supervisor experience needed, we will train you
- Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public
- Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care center
Qualifications for RN Supervisor
- A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of MD.
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
- Ability to work with multiple patients at once
