Join PDS Tech Commercial and take your career forward with hands-on training on world-class plastic production equipment. As a Production Operator, you’ll play a critical role in producing secure, accurate financial products that millions of people rely on daily.
Shift & Pay
Pay: 20.90/hr
Schedule: 3rd Shift | Monday - Friday 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
What You’ll Do
Operate production machines to generate personalized credit and debit cards.
Adapt quickly to production volume changes and multitask under pressure.
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy against job orders.
Stage and prepare materials for warehouse pickup after runs.
Cross-train across departments to support shifting workloads.
What You’ll Need to Have
Basic computer/data entry skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Strong basic math skills.
Physical ability to stand for 95% of the shift and safely lift up to 40 lbs.
Comfort with frequent reaching, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and bending.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma, equivalent, or a blend of work, education, or military experience.
At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced production environment.
Prior experience operating production machinery.

Pay Details: 20.90 per hour
