Now Hiring: Production Operator – 3rd Shift | 20.90/hr | Indianapolis, IN

Join PDS Tech Commercial and take your career forward with hands-on training on world-class plastic production equipment. As a Production Operator, you’ll play a critical role in producing secure, accurate financial products that millions of people rely on daily.

Shift & Pay

  • Pay: 20.90/hr

  • Schedule: 3rd Shift | Monday - Friday 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM

What You’ll Do

  • Operate production machines to generate personalized credit and debit cards.

  • Adapt quickly to production volume changes and multitask under pressure.

  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy against job orders.

  • Stage and prepare materials for warehouse pickup after runs.

  • Cross-train across departments to support shifting workloads.

What You’ll Need to Have

  • Basic computer/data entry skills.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.

  • Strong basic math skills.

  • Physical ability to stand for 95% of the shift and safely lift up to 40 lbs.

  • Comfort with frequent reaching, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and bending.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma, equivalent, or a blend of work, education, or military experience.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Prior experience operating production machinery.

Pay Details: 20.90 per hour
