- Stable project pipeline
- Leadership and growth opportunities
With nearly three decades of experience, this NY-based construction firm has earned a reputation as one of the largest privately-held, non-union high-rise builders in NYC. Having recently expanded into Florida and with plans to grow into the Texas market, this is an exciting time to join a firm that's scaling strategically.
- Founded and still run by a family deeply committed to their people.

- Team Leadership: Collaborate with the Chief Estimator and wider NY-based estimating team to lead all aspects of preconstruction and cost estimation.
- Estimating: Prepare GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) estimates, conduct conceptual estimating, and identify opportunities for value engineering across multiple project types.
- Budget Management: Create and manage budgets spanning all 16 divisions, including MEP, structural, architectural, and finishes.
- Documentation: Analyze drawings, specs, and subcontractor bids to generate comprehensive, accurate budgets.
- Strategic Planning: Support strategic project planning with early-stage estimating and work closely with project management and executive leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
- Project Leadership: Serve as a key point of contact for estimating on projects across multifamily (market rate, affordable, condos, luxury), hotel, and office sectors.
