We are looking for skilled Project Managers to join our client's team in Anderson, South Carolina. In this long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in leading projects from inception to completion, while ensuring quality, budget, and timeline targets are achieved. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, driving project success through communication and strategic planning.


Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Project Management Office to establish and implement effective methods, procedures, and best practices.

• Define project scopes in partnership with technical and sales teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders.

• Utilize project management tools to monitor and guide projects, meeting quality, financial, and scheduling objectives.

• Identify and secure necessary resources to execute project deliverables, coordinating with functional leaders to develop resource allocation plans.

• Manage collaboration across departments, including order management, production, logistics, and services, to address potential conflicts and maintain project flow.

• Partner with Site Managers to communicate project plans, including schedules, budgets, and scopes, while building strong relationships with contractors and clients.

• Evaluate alternative delivery methods and leverage internal expertise to optimize project outcomes.

• Proactively escalate and resolve issues that could impact project success, ensuring timely communication and resolution with stakeholders.

• Oversee project reporting and documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and performance tracking against quality, schedule, and cost targets.

• Promote a culture of safety by conducting regular safety meetings and ensuring compliance with established safety protocols.

• High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Certification in project management, such as PMP, is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead meetings and deliver effective presentations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources in a dynamic environment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and contractors.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and develop effective solutions.
