What You’ll Do:
Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing fun, age-appropriate lessons
Help children grow socially, emotionally, and academically through play and learning
Supervise and engage toddlers in daily activities and routines
Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment
Communicate with families about their child’s day and development
Assist with diapering, meals, and other caregiving routines

What You’ll Need:
High school diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred)
Experience working with young children in a licensed childcare setting
A nurturing, energetic, and dependable personality
Basic knowledge of child development and safety practices
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
