1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related required. Equivalent related experience may be considered.

2. Training and Experience: Five years' experience in business and Human Resources. Experience in a health care institution is desired.

3. Job Knowledge: Working knowledge of organizational behavior, human resource management, group dynamics, recruiting, legal implications, benefit programs, workers' compensation, wage and salary programs.
