Beyond Management Group, Inc. is hiring: Business Analyst in Atlanta

Beyond Management Group is hiring full-time Business Analysts who understand the business users requirements, lead, conduct interviewing tasks, and prepare DWH requirement documents. Involved in design and validate the logical data models. Model, design, and prototype involved in developing/validating ETL logic required to support information requirements.

Elicit requirements using data analysis, business process design, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis. Decompose high-level business requirements into an application level of business rules and detailed user, functional, and non-functional requirements using alternative views such as flows, diagrams, models, use cases, and state diagrams when applicable.

Responsibilities include:

1. Business Analytics of the organizational systems.
2. Provide support for the asset-liability management function, data warehouses for financial analysis, accruals, compiling key ratios, rate development, forecast projections, and budgets.
3. Consolidate and deliver data-centric project artifacts including data profile findings, data quality requirements, and business metadata.
4. Extensive financial and data analysis with the task of providing market risk profile, evaluating, and trending IPA spend rates, establishing and securing adequate reserves.

Must have a Masters in Business Administration or a related field, or a combination of a Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience. Experience is credited towards education as 3 years of experience equals 1 year of college education. A combination of education and experience is acceptable.
