To understand the Business and user requirements.

Must have a recent Banking experience

Create user stories in Jira, including acceptance criteria

Work with BSAs to translate acceptance criteria into system requirements

Understand agile process and ceremonies

Identifying and reporting status

Identifying test scenarios from business requirements

Develop, document and maintain functional test cases

Execute and evaluate manual test cases.

Determine test data needs.

Review test cases and results with BSAs and developers

Working with key SMEs to ensure expectations are being met.

Required Qualifications:

Should have minimum 7+ years of experience in software development environment with emphasis on Business process, QA and Testing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with development and business team

Flexible and proactive/ self- motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem

Knowledge of JIRA and agile process

Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Logical, analytical and investigative mind, together with creative abilities.
