Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with deep expertise in Oracle RMS to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, with a focus on optimizing retail operations and merchandising processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements for Oracle RMS implementations and enhancements
- Collaborate with merchandising, inventory, and supply chain teams to understand business processes
- Configure and maintain Oracle RMS modules including item setup, pricing, and inventory management
- Design and implement solutions for complex retail scenarios using Oracle RMS
- Create detailed functional specifications and test cases
- Provide support for integration between RMS and other retail systems
- Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions and document results
- Train end-users on RMS functionality and provide ongoing support
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS)
- Strong understanding of retail business processes and merchandising operations
- Experience with retail inventory management and supply chain processes
- Proficiency in SQL and retail database structures
- Knowledge of Oracle Retail integration points (e.g., RFID, POS, Finance)
- Experience in creating functional and technical documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
