Business Intelligence Analyst page is loaded## Business Intelligence Analystlocations: Remote - USAposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R-100010**About the Role:****Responsibilities:*** Rebuild and maintain core data models using dbt and SQL.* Consolidate and migrate reporting from Looker, Tableau, and Google Sheets into Sigma, ensuring accuracy and consistency.* Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.* Create clean, reliable, and user-friendly dashboards and reports.* Break down broad project requests into actionable sub-tasks and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.* Validate and QA data models and reports to ensure accuracy.* Collaborate with a small, fast-moving data team to build scalable foundations for analytics.**Education and Experience*** Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.* 1+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and dbt.* Experience with at least one BI reporting tool (Sigma experience is a plus).* Familiarity with Snowflake is preferred.* Experience consolidating reporting tools or migrating to a single source of truth is a plus.* Exposure to e-commerce, subscription, or consumer products businesses is helpful.* Some data science experience with Python or R is a plus.**Required Skills and Abilities*** Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language.* Collaborative mindset: you thrive on building relationships and uncovering needs across different teams.* Curiosity and initiative: you dig deeper, ask questions, and find better ways of doing things.* Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.* Organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping the big picture in mind.* Passion for using data to support a mission-driven company that helps people live healthier, more intentional lives.We are a fully remote, global company with a mission to help people feel better every day through the power of superfoods.
