Location
Remote (California)
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize existing core banking operations, focusing on Symitar functionalities.
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear specifications.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Symitar modules and processes as a subject matter expert.
- Support testing activities, including UAT, and ensure system quality.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation and training materials.
- Provide analytical support, troubleshooting system issues and ensuring smooth operations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Analyst in financial services.
- 3+ years of hands-on Symitar experience.
- Proven experience with requirement gathering, understanding business needs, supporting testing, and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Salary
Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Salary range note: The salary for this position is between $90,000 - $100,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
