Overview
Base pay range: $40.00/hr - $48.00/hr
Location: Coral Gables, FL. This range is provided by Kforce Inc. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize business processes by anticipating requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering effective solutions
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams for Salesforce initiatives
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions and ensure the delivery of Salesforce enhancements and new features
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed functional requirements for Salesforce projects
Requirements
- Ideal candidate will have SAP S4 Hana experience
- Candidates must have experience in a similar role or possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
