What Youll Do
IT Operations Be the Tech Hero:
- Oversee and maintain our IT infrastructureservers, networks, workstations, and software.
- Set up and deploy IT equipment for new employees and support their tech needs.
- Manage equipment repairs, storage, and reuse to keep operations lean and agile.
- Administer and optimize Microsoft SharePoint to support collaboration and workflows.
- Research and recommend hardware/software solutions, handle licensing, and ensure smart IT investments.
- Troubleshoot user issues swiftly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and frustration.
- Ensure top-tier data security, backups, and disaster recovery protocols are in place.
- Partner with vendors and service providers to bring the best tools to our teams.
- Collaborate with our international HQ IT team to align strategies and scale support.
SAP Implementation Drive Digital Transformation:
- Lead the implementation and ongoing support ofSAP S/4HANAmodules across multiple departments.
- Work closely with HQ SAP teams to roll out system strategies that meet global standards.
- Gather business requirements, translate them into SAP solutions, and customize configurations as needed.
- Test, deploy, and continuously improve SAP functionalities to maximize business impact.
- Train team members and provide ongoing SAP user support across all departments.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues with speed and precision.
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven experience withSAP S/4HANAimplementation, configuration, and support.
- Deep understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and system administration.
- Ability to troubleshoot fast, communicate clearly, and collaborate across departments.
- SAP certifications in relevant modules are a major plus.
- Experience supporting IT infrastructure inmanufacturing or industrial environmentsis highly valued.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
- Strong interpersonal skillsyou know how to explain complex tech in simple terms.
- Resourcefulness, initiative, and an eagerness to grow with a fast-evolving company.
