(GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in Edison, NJ, NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, and Boston.ResponsibilitiesAbility to organize and maintain all project documentation onto the Project Management System to interface with all project parties - clients/agencies and contractorsCoordinate progress meetings, take meeting minutesSave and distribute all project distributions - submittals, RFIs, email correspondence, daily reports, weekly reports, safety reports, photographs, etc.QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited college required; any technical degree is a plusExperience working on projects for Amtrak, NJ Transit, or other Railroads is a plusOSHA certifications are preferred Working around rail projects experience preferredKnowledge of construction materials, methods and procedures Ability to maintain field and office records and perform quantity computationsStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to collaborate with multiple team members wellPhysical ability and coordination to safely maneuver around construction sitesWe are committed to your success, and we invest in your growth and development to unlock your full potential.Competitive Total Compensation PackageEmployee- Only Stock Purchase PlanMentoring programsContinuing Education ProgramEmployee referral bonusVolunteer/Industry association opportunitiesOur Culture:We believe in the power of collaboration.
