The Essex Resort & Spa is looking for a dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our restaurant operations with heart, hustle and hospitality.What You’ll Do:As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll support the daily operations of our restaurants and bar, working side by side with the Restaurant Manager and culinary leadership to:Deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, resort-style environmentLead, coach, and inspire a team of servers, hosts, runners and bartendersEnsure smooth daily execution of service—from breakfast to dinnerMonitor quality, safety, cleanliness and consistency in all dining areasSupport scheduling, training, inventory and shift coverage as neededJump in wherever needed to keep service running smoothlyWhat We’re Looking For:1–3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience (resort/F&B experience a plus)Strong leadership and communication skillsA hands-on, team-first attitude—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleevesFlexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidaysA genuine love for great food, guest service and creating positive team cultureBenefits:At The Essex, we believe in investing in our team members' wellbeing and growth, offering a comprehensive benefits package designed to support both personal and professional development.
