Speech Language Pathologist Location: Gages Lake, IL 60030 Grade Levels: Pre-K–2nd Grade Start Date: 2025–2026 School Year Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:25 AM – 3:00 PM Salary Range: $54,000–$67,000 (annualized) or $43.83–$54.39/hour, based on experience About the Opportunity
AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support early learners and primary-grade students in Gages Lake, IL, for the 2025–2026 school year. This role focuses on managing caseload overflow across early learning and primary classrooms, ensuring students in Pre-K through 2nd grade receive the communication support they need to thrive. With a dedicated office space, strong team collaboration, and access to resources, you’ll be set up for success while making a lasting impact on young learners’ development. What You’ll Do
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in Pre-K–2nd Grade Support students in early childhood, primary classrooms, functional life skills programs, structured learning (students on the spectrum), self-contained, and general education Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support communication in classroom and individual settings Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and IEP compliance using Embrace Participate in team meetings, professional development, and trainings Utilize dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning Caseload Details
Students in Pre-K–2nd Grade Services provided across multiple classroom settings (general education, structured learning, life learning, and self-contained) Overflow caseload support across district early learning and primary classrooms Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language Pathology endorsement Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License (IDFPR) Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills Why Join AnthroMed Education?
