AnthroMed is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide onsite therapy to 1st–8th grade students in Arlington Heights, Illinois. This full-time role focuses primarily on a push-in model of service delivery while also offering flexibility to support small groups and co-facilitate sessions alongside other support staff. You will be supporting students with a wide range of needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder, physical and health impairments, communication disorders, and multiple disabilities. You’ll work alongside three occupational therapists, two physical therapists, as well as other members of a strong multidisciplinary team to support students and address their fine motor and sensory regulation needs. Provide full-time occupational therapy services to 1st-8th grade students, Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-3:30 PM. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address fine motor and sensory regulation needs. Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support young students’ fine motor and sensory regulation skills across both classroom and individual settings. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders. Utilize IEP system for management and compliance. Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities. Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Pay & Benefits

Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000 annualized salary, based on experience and qualifications. Paid Time Off: 6 days per year, prorated based on your start date. Benefits:

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapy license in Illinois (IDFPR). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Dependable, flexible, and dedicated to supporting the social-emotional, behavioral, and educational needs of students.
