Shift & Schedule:

Full-time | 12-hour shift | Monday-Thursday, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required

As a Quality Assurance Technician at Keurig Dr Pepper, you will play a key role in supporting Coffee Operations by identifying, analyzing, and resolving quality issues. Your work will ensure our products consistently meet specifications and exceed customer expectations. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while upholding the company's quality principles and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Support quality improvement initiatives to reduce process variation and prevent nonconformities

Review specification changes and new product introductions for quality impact

Document data clearly to support issue resolution and decision-making

Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and product specifications

Develop and maintain accurate quality records and documentation

Communicate and help resolve issues with nonconforming materials

Apply quality tools and assist in training team members as needed

Conduct product inspections and report findings

Participate in internal audits and sensory testing events

Collaborate with internal and external quality partners

Utilize PeopleSoft/SAP to manage workflows, product holds, and materials

Perform QA testing across multiple SKUs and processes

Represent the customer perspective in quality issue resolution

Apply root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality concerns

Total Rewards:

Starting Pay:

$23.34/hour

Increase to $24.50/hour

after the quarter following 6-month anniversary

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a production environment

or

a related college degree

At least 1 year of Quality Assurance experience preferred

HACCP knowledge strongly preferred

Coffee sensory experience and/or food manufacturing background a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
